1. Introduction

Welcome to IdkBox.com ("IdkBox"), a gaming platform operated by IDKBOX LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New York, where players can play games together and purchase cosmetic items using virtual currency. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, services, applications, products, and content. Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information, is also incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Account Terms

You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

3. Virtual Currency and Cosmetic Items

IdkBox uses two types of virtual currency: Coins, which are earned through gameplay, and Box Bucks, which can be purchased with real money. Both can be used to acquire cosmetic items that customize your in-game appearance and experience. By using or purchasing Virtual Currency, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Virtual Currency has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Virtual Currency is non-transferable between accounts
• Virtual Currency is non-refundable once purchased
• We reserve the right to modify the value, price, or availability of Virtual Currency at any time
• The purchase of Virtual Currency grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Virtual Currency within the applicable game
• Cosmetic items purchased with Virtual Currency are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for real currency
• Cosmetic items do not constitute property and you do not own them; you are granted a limited, revocable license to use them within our Services for as long as the Services are available
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove cosmetic items at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: game balance, technical issues, legal compliance, or platform updates. We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent value when possible, but are not obligated to do so
• There is no guarantee of permanent availability of any cosmetic items, Virtual Currency, or the Services themselves
• We are committed to providing and maintaining the Services for the long term. However, we reserve the right to discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. In the unlikely event of such discontinuation, all Virtual Currency and cosmetic items will cease to be available without refund or compensation

4. Payment Terms

When you purchase Virtual Currency, you agree to pay all charges in effect at that time for the Virtual Currency you purchase. You also authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any such amounts. If your payment cannot be completed, we may restrict your ability to make further purchases until the issue is resolved.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a purchase you did not authorize, or you are entitled to a refund under the law where you live, contact us at contact@idkbox.com with your account email and the Transaction ID from your receipt. If a refund is issued, the Box Bucks from that purchase are removed from your account. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google, so please request those refunds from them.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services to engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or circumvent our Services
• Use automated scripts to collect information or interact with our Services
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our Services
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language
• Impersonate other users or IdkBox staff
• Intentionally exploit bugs or glitches for an unfair advantage

6. User Content

Some features let you upload or create content, such as avatar images, display names, status messages, chat messages, and drawings ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant IDKBOX LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating and providing the Services, for as long as it remains on the Services.

You are responsible for your User Content. By submitting it, you confirm that you own it or have the rights needed to share it, and that it does not:

• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• Contain nudity or sexually explicit material
• Sexualize, exploit, or endanger minors
• Promote hatred, harassment, or violence against any person or group
• Break any applicable law

We do not review User Content before it appears and are not responsible for content posted by users. We may remove any User Content, and suspend or terminate the account that posted it, at any time and without notice if we believe it violates these Terms.

7. Copyright Complaints

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe content on IdkBox infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at contact@idkbox.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner
• The copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The content you claim is infringing and where it appears, such as the display name of the account using it
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

When we receive a valid notice we will remove the content and may notify the user who posted it. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. When possible, we will notify you and provide a reason, but are not obligated to do so.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
